It’s really important to us that Ginger Sport coaches attend regular training and professional-development sessions. At our most recent coach training day we had ACT for Kids join us to talk to the coaches about how to work and understand children with challenging backgrounds, a drama teacher also came along to teach the coaches how to keep children engaged. We also covered topics such as keeping up to date in what kids are interested in, and how to maintain our high standards at Ginger Sport.
