When you’re not coaching how do you like to spend your time?

I am an Actor by trade and study, so 95% of the time I’m doing stuff related to that. In my my spare time I like to cook and stay fit.

What’s the first job you dreamed of having as a kid?

Any professional sportsman would have been up there as one of the options/choices!

If you could be any superhero who would you be?

Scott Tracy (Thunderbirds, 1965), Not sure if he really counts as a ‘superhero’ but he goes around saving people so surely that ticks all the boxes!

Which Sporting Icon did you always impersonate in the backyard?

It usually varied depending on the sport, but the ones that stuck around were Simon Katich, Stirling Mortlock and Gianluigi Buffon

Why do you enjoy working with children?

They’re fun and fearless. Plain and simple. there’s a creative drive in them that I think we lose as we get older and start having responsibilities. So I suppose in working with them I get to be a little more like them for a brief period, and in turn I get to see their early grow and development into fantastic young people!
