How do you inspire kids to a lifelong of sport?
Teach them to enjoy what they’re doing! Show them that exercising is fun and exciting and before they know it they’ll be putting all the pieces together and mastering a sport/s that they love and enjoy
If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?
I’d be spider-man (or spider woman!) because i think he teaches people that no matter the situation (fighting off monsters or in your every day life) it’s important to not take life so seriously all the time and have a joke or two. he also teaches people that you don’t need to have a superpower (or talent) to achieve things in life- you can do good by the way you choose to believe in yourself or go about your life in a positive way, creating opportunities for yourself.

What is your best childhood memory of playing sport?
Playing soccer with friends at lunch times in early grades and having so much fun that it became my favourite part of the day and lead me to begin my soccer career!
What’s the first job you dreamed of having as a kid?
When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I loveeee going to the gym or running or playing soccer- my life outside of uni and work consist of mostly this!
Which Sporting Icon did you always impersonate in the backyard and why?
Growing up as a soccer lover, Messi was always an idol when i was younger because of his ability to get through and around players at such ease. Another was Elice Perry, she played for the Brisbane Roar and the Brisbane Heat and i thought it was so cool that she was able to dedicate herself to two elite sports
Why do you enjoy working with children?
I love being able to make kids smile and facilitate an environment in which they thrive off the fun and energy. I also love that they’re just so happy to be there and have no shame in being themselves and learning new things.
