How do you inspire kids to a lifelong of sport?
By building up an atmosphere of fun, teamwork and respect. As kids we always want to have fun, but we also want to feel appreciated and considered. Calling children by their names, praising their effort, rewarding values such as respect, fairplay will create a sense of belonging. And definitely will lead to keep more young people to keep interested in sports
If you could be any superhero who would you be and why?
I think I would be Spiderman. Spidey has agility and good reflexes, a total athlete, apart from having wit and quick, creative problem-solving skills. Peter Parker is a good student that shows to be a responsible, humble and empathic human being that has the mission to help people. I think I align to these values of Spiderman, but I will not lie, I chose him as I would love to be able to climb buildings as well, although I do not know how I would feel shooting spiderwebs from my wrists…
