A celebration of football
Christmas will come early on Saturday 14 December when Football Queensland and Ginger Sport team up at Meakin Park for a festive family fun day to celebrate football.
Plus every child gets a FREE football!
Fun for everyone
Taking part and having fun playing soccer is what it’s all about, so we’ve got a great day of football fun lined up so everyone can celebrate.
Fun soccer activities for everyone
Every single one of Ginger Sport’s inflatables will be there. Soccer Bounce, Hunger Ball, Target Shot and MANY MORE!
Kids – The fun, soccer-themed activities you’re going to play in them will be mind blowing.
Parents – This is a great way for the kids who don’t want to play matches to still take part and have fun!
Mini Matches all afternoon
Kids – you’ll get to play & learn from Football Queensland and Ginger Sport coaches, who’ll be running mini matches throughout the afternoon.
Parents – every coach is FFA trained, and every coach holds a valid Blue Card.
Small group sizes
We want everyone to feel included, so we’re keeping each group to a maximum of 15 kids.
Walking Football for the grown ups
Soccer fun isn’t just for kids – so we’ll have Walking Football for the mums and dads too (and grandies)!
Santa’s coming
We also have it on good authority that Santa Claus himself is going to make an appearance.
